Michael C. Richman is of counsel with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department.

Mr. Richman specializes in the areas of corporate, real estate and sports law. He has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and refinancing, leasing, corporate organization and reorganization, general counseling, and sports law from both players and managerial positions.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University, Philadelphia, and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. Prior to joining Obermayer in 1988, he was an associate with the Philadelphia law firms of John H. Weiss and Steinberg Richman Price & Steinbrook.

Mr. Richman’s civic activities include past president of the Temple University Downtown Club, president of the Elkins Park Fire Co. and the president of the Montco Special Court Judges. He is also director of the Charles Baker Basketball League and secretary of the Sonny Hill Basketball League.

Mr. Richman is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court.
