Richard P. Limburg is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Limburg specializes in the area of business and commercial litigation, including business torts, fraud, contract disputes, complex cases, insurance coverage disputes, and injunctions. His other areas of practice include insurance company insolvency proceedings, civil RICO and accounting malpractice.

Mr. Limburg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in classics from Yale College, New Haven, CT, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, Philadelphia. He joined Obermayer in 1988, and became a partner in January 1997.

Mr. Limburg’s publications include contributions to Volumes 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Dunlap Hanna, Pennsylvania Forms. He has also lectured on Joint Tort Feasor Releases under Pennsylvania law.

He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
