.jpg) Dominic S. Liberi is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business and Finance Department.
Mr. Liberi has over 25 years of successful experience representing and counseling public and private corporations and other enterprises in complex business transactions and also has held senior management positions in public companies. His clients have included internet technology and software companies, physician groups, de novo banks and other financial institutions, including commercial lenders. Mr. Liberi also has represented numerous manufacturers, including pharmaceutical companies, a printing company, a coatings manufacturer and microbreweries.
Mr. Liberi’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, real estate, securities and general corporate and partnership law.
Mr. Liberi currently serves on the Board of Directors of Melmark, a school for special needs children in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, as well as Casa Farnese, a 260 unit, senior citizen apartment complex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site.
Mr. Liberi received his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a law degree from Widener University School of Law where he was Associate Editor of the Law Review.
Mr. Liberi is admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
