 Erin E. McQuiggan is an associate with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. She is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Department.
Ms. McQuiggan concentrates her practice on all aspects of estate and trust law. Ms. McQuiggan’s experience is in the areas of estate and trust administration, the probate process and Orphans' Court litigation. She has appeared before the Orphans’ Court in cases concerning guardianships of minors and incapacitated persons, trust creation and modification, fiduciary accountings and surcharge matters.
Prior to joining Obermayer, Ms. McQuiggan practiced trust and estate law as an associate at firms in Norristown, PA and Voorhees, NJ. She served as law clerk to the Honorable Joseph D. O’Keefe, Administrative Judge for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Orphans’ Court Division.
Ms. McQuiggan received her Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School where she was an active member of the National Trial Team. She received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Speech Communication from the Pennsylvania State University.
Ms. McQuiggan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Montgomery Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council.
