Warren W. Ayres is a partner with Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP. He is chairman of the firm’s Tax Group and a member of the Business and Finance Department.

Mr. Ayres’ practice focuses on federal, state and local taxation and ERISA.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, Cambridge, MA, in 1969 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1974. He joined Obermayer in 1980.

Mr. Ayres is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Tax Sections of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Advisory Group of the Philadelphia Tax Conference.
